About Framing Studio

We built a workspace, not a form that calls itself a studio.

Picture framing on the internet is usually a rectangle of inputs. That is fine for a first search. It is a poor place to decide how a print should sit in a mat, whether a walnut profile swallows a hallway, or which 96" stick should give up a remnant for a certificate frame.

Framing Studio is a client-side product: SVG canvas, IndexedDB projects, undo, workshop drawings, and a 1D cutting-stock optimizer. The six calculator routes exist so people who still search for “picture frame calculator” can land, get a correct number, and convert into the workspace.

There is no login, no cloud folder, and no supplier catalogue in version one. Those are maintenance surfaces, not framing craft. If the traffic proves the workshop is the reason people stay, paid extras can wait until they are earned.
